"Our trip was amazing overall and we couldn't have asked for more. The Highline trail was closed the day we were supposed to hike it, but we did Avalanche lake instead and it was perfect. Our favorite place to eat was Serrano's in East Glacier. Such warm and inviting staff, they made our evening very enjoyable. We also used Costco for all of our needs, including bear spray which was helpful. I can't say enough great things about our stay at North Forty Resort. The staff, the cabins, the amenities, were superior! We loved that place and will be back. It was sooo relaxing after long long days of hiking. Our favorite hike was Grinell Glacier. Thank you for helping guide our family to a wonderful week back in my home State. After a year battling breast cancer, this was exactly how I wanted to celebrate!"

"Hi Shannon, We just got home from the trip of a lifetime! It was such a memorable experience, and we are so grateful for all of your planning, suggestions, and seamless coordination of our accommodations, dining, and tours. You made us feel so prepared and at ease throughout the entire journey.
A few highlights from our trip:
- East Glacier Lodge: The lodge was beautiful. Despite a few hiccups—waking up without water twice, a midnight fire alarm, and a brief power outage—the staff was incredibly accommodating and refunded us for two nights.
- Weather & Activities: It rained every day, which we heard was unusual, but it didn't stop us! We hiked and boated through the rain and were glad we brought our winter coats for the 44-degree weather.
- Logan Pass & Highline Trail: Following your advice, we were patient and managed to find a parking spot at Logan Pass. We hiked about 1.5 miles on the Highline Trail and loved the scenery, though 50 mph wind gusts eventually convinced us to turn back.
- Whitefish Mountain: Instead of rafting due to the cold and rain, we went to Whitefish Mountain, took the chairlift, and hiked for a few hours before sleet set in.
- Medora & Road Trip Stops: We skipped northern Glacier and instead broke up the drive back with stops at Little Bighorn Battlefield, the Badlands, and the Vore Buffalo Jump. We also visited Theodore Roosevelt National Park and attended the Medora Musical and a local theater production on the way out to Glacier.
- Special News: During the theater show, our 15th grandchild was born!
- Early Checkout: Because we left North 40 Cabins a day early, they credited us for one night, which we decided to pay forward to a family in need.
Thank you so much for making this trip so phenomenal! We are already thinking about where to go next—Alaska sounds interesting, but we're still deciding. I hope all is well with you! I still think back fondly on the night we met and feel so lucky that we did. Take care,"

Shannon spoke with us over the phone, asking lots of good questions and finding out what was important to us. A good reminder: there is limited cell and internet service in the park, so I brought along a printed copy of the itinerary and any other information included in the links (such as the name of the sites, cabins, directions) which was very helpful."

"Shannon was a great help in many ways . We had a group of 7 adults and a toddler so she found us a 10 passenger van so we could all be together. This made our trip! We were going to rent 2 vehicles. She planned our itinerary which saved me hours of research! The extra activities she suggested , a play and rodeo were two of the highlights of our trip. We ate at 4 of the restaurants she suggested and the food was great! Again, this saved us much time we would have spent researching menus etc… Shannon also saved us money by suggesting we use TURO to rent our vehicle and a trip insurance company that was very economical. She sent flight suggestions which worked out great! We had people flying in from 3 states and we all landed at the same time. I had several questions throughout the planning process and Shannon was always available to take a phone call or answer text. Shannon made this trip not only possible but much stressful! I really don’t know if I would have embarked on this adventure without her encouragement, but I’m sure glad I did. It’s a trip my family will never forget! Thank you Shannon!"

"Dear Shannon, We are flying back to Tampa today after the most amazing trip to Jackson, Jackson Hole, Grand Teton NP, Yellowstone NP, West Yellowstone, and Bozeman!! Your recommendations were spot on! My family loved Jim with Bear Witness, Jackson Hole Whitewater was fantastic, the covered seats at the rodeo were fabulous, and the horseback ride at Turpin Meadow Ranch was beautiful! We loved dining at Corbets Waffles and Calico’s! Our stay in Teton Village using the Outpost was perfect! Hibernation Station in West Yellowstone fit all of our families needs as well! We loved Three Bears Running for breakfast!! I think the only thing I would change in our 10 days was dinner at The Mural Room. While the views were stunning the meal itself was average and very pricey! Thank you very much for all of your help planning this vacation for me and my family! All of the details in planning did not go unnoticed and I am very grateful for the trip you planned for us! I wish you all the best!"

"You did a great job! We could have never organized travel the way you did. The pace was amazingly perfect; we never could have achieved that on our own. All the connections day to day, over 4,000 miles was totally seamless. As we rolled throughout 3 weeks on the road we were amazed at how much ground we covered efficiently and effectively. The tours you arranged for us were so productive. Again related to pace, the tours you preplanned for us were spaced when we need a rest from driving our car. The Red Bus, Custer State Park, Buffalo annual round up, Glacier Lakes boat cruises were placed perfectly to let somebody else do the driving. Finally to have an itinerary designed by an experienced veteran traveler like yourself, made every step by us, and "exceptional arrival" in our destinations. "Can’t say enough about Enjoy Your Parks Travel. We had Shannon help us plan a trip to Glacier NP and her expertise was the difference in a good trip and a fantastic trip! I did a ton of research on my own, but Shannon’s expertise was extremely helpful. When it comes to Glacier “you don’t know what you don’t know.” She helped us understand the park entry system. The park is crowded so it’s good to have a tips on crowd management! She recommended some outstanding hikes and a wildlife viewing spot we never would have found on our own. "Shannon, we just want to thank you for all your help in organizing our family trip to Yellowstone and Big Sky. We all had a wonderful time. Without your help we would not have done the things we did and seen the things we saw. The only thing we weren't able to do was the Elk Preserve in Jackson, WY. That was because there was so much snow the night before we were to travel to the Flagg Ranch which caused the shuttle to be late. Our grandsons really enjoyed the skiing and snowboarding at Big Sky. They were wishing they could stay more days. The snow and cold did not deter those Florida boys from having a great time the entire trip. "Our trip was better than we imagined. Spectacular scenery but the positive impact on my relationship with my son will last forever. The planning took away the stress of figuring out what to do and when. All the details were there to make it a success. Having you organize it allowed us to take hikes that we would not have been able to do. The routes required catching shuttles and reservations that only a seasoned veteran could coordinate. Your scheduled hikes were in exactly the right order. They increased in intensity from day to day so that by the time we did Dawson Pass, we were ready for the steep and steady climb.
